Masking tape

Masking tape is a versatile type of tape primarily composed of masking paper and a pressure-sensitive adhesive. One side of the tape is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, while the opposite side is treated with a counter-adhesive material to prevent unwanted sticking during storage or handling. This combination provides a balance of adhesion, flexibility, and easy removability. Masking tapes are available in a variety of types to suit different temperature requirements. They are generally classified into ordinary temperature masking tapes, medium-temperature masking tapes, and high-temperature masking tapes.
